Petition
Prescription drug costs continue to rise while access to local pharmacies is shrinking across Massachusetts — and patients are paying the price. Powerful pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs) use opaque pricing, secret rebates, and restrictive practices that can increase out-of-pocket costs for consumers and make it harder for community pharmacies to survive. We believe patients should come before corporate middlemen. By signing this petition, you’re urging lawmakers on Beacon Hill to take up meaningful PBM reform legislation that increases transparency, protects patient choice, and ensures prescription drug savings actually benefit the people they’re meant to serve.
